International Shipments
We can ship to most international destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped internationally.
We know that international shipments can be tricky, and we do everything we can on our end to help keep the process as seamless as possible. While most shipments are delivered in 10-14 days, there are occasions where they may take up to 45 days to reach you. The longer shipment times are usually due to customs delays, weather problems, and other issues that our out of our control.
Any additional taxes and or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon receipt of your parcel (we cannot mark packages under value or as gifts).

We utilize a variety of services from DHL, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac and the USPS. Our shipping team carefully selects the carrier that is best equipped for delivering your package on time at the time of shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days once we receive the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Return authorization numbers are valid for only fifteen (15) days from issuance. If the product is returned without a return authorization number, and/or beyond the fifteen (15) day period, and/or without proper packaging, Jay's Outdoor Supply retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to you at your expense and with no refund issued.
